As the nights draw in throughout winter in Ibiza, you might think that the island shuts down and goes into hibernation, just waiting for the first signs of summer until everything can re-open again.
I’m here to tell you that there are many places on the island where you can enjoy amazing food, drinks and atmosphere all year round.

House of WOW
Santa Gertrudis
This converted industrial building is a beautiful spot for a weekend date. Open for lunch and dinner Thurs-Sun throughout the winter, Ibizan Chef Cristina Dueñas Gledson has crafted a contemporary menu with a local twist for you to enjoy.
House of WOW was relaunched under new management in 2023, it now boasts a fresh garden and indoor venue space and hosts fun DJ-backed Sunday roasts every weekend.
Hambre
Santa Eulalia del Rio
A favourite with the locals, Hambre sources its seasonal flavours from the local farmers market and boasts an ever-changing menu. With its Mediterranean influence and a knack for European and Spanish dishes, it's a must-visit if you’re on the island in the winter.
This place is all about fresh, local vibes and great food - what’s not to love?
Hostal La Torre
San Antonio
If you are looking for a romantic spot to enjoy dinner and drinks during the winter months, look no further than Hostal La Torre. Situated just outside of San Antonio, this well-known spot is famous for its sunset view, not only in summer!
Each evening is soundtracked by a live DJ, and you can choose to sit on the covered terrace or down on the rocks to watch the sunset on another perfect Ibiza day.
