The best vegan restaurants in Ibiza

As we embrace January and the new year, many of you may be looking to reduce the amount of meat that you’re eating or adopting the vegan lifestyle.

I have a list of 6 amazing restaurants in Ibiza that cater heavily to the vegan lifestyle, and so I wanted to share them with you today.

Wild Beets
Santa Gertrudis

I love the village of Santa Gertrudis as a whole - it’s so cute - but Wild Beets has to be one of my favourite places to eat when I am there. It has a huge range of innovative, organic and locally sourced raw and vegan dishes, all served in a charming eco-conscious setting.

During the winter months, the hanging fireplace in the middle of the restaurant keeps it cosy and warm.

Simbiosis
Ibiza Town

Situated just off of Plaza Parque in the heart of Ibiza, this vegetarian and vegan restaurant stands out for its eclectic and artistic approach to plant-based cuisine.

“Seasoned with love, professionalism and good music” - I love that!

The menu at Simbiosis blends international flavours and includes dishes such as lasagne, koftas and wok noodles, and the space has a stylish, bohemian atmosphere.

Mikasa
Ibiza Town

This renowned boutique hotel and restaurant in Ibiza proudly caters to the growing demand for vegan cuisine on the island with a diverse and delicious selection of plant-based options. From creative vegan breakfasts to mouthwatering vegan tapas and entrees, Mikasa's team ensures that vegans and those embracing a plant-based lifestyle can indulge in Ibiza's culinary scene without compromise.

Aubergine bt Atzaro
San Miguel

On your way to San Miguel, you will come across this unassuming restaurant on the side of the road. It’s widely recognised for its vegan-friendly offerings, making it one of the top choices for vegan dining on the island.

Aubergine by Atzaró, known for its farm-to-table concept, provides a variety of freshly made juices, fruit waters, and smoothies, along with dishes that are as visually appealing as they are delicious, such as the colourful labneh with beetroot, mint, garlic, and a variety of other fresh ingredients.

These offerings not only cater to vegan and vegetarian diners but also emphasise healthy, Mediterranean cooking with ingredients sourced from the Atzaró Agroturismo Vegetable Garden.

I have 2 more amazing vegan restaurants to show you over on my Instagram page. Come and say hi!
